Flinders University Cancer Exercise and Physical Activity Service
A tailored group exercise program designed to support people before, during, and after cancer treatment. It helps manage side effects, restore activity levels, and improve quality of life.

Cost: $55.00 for initial assessment and four-week program (includes parking), Additional 5-week block: $55.00

Flinders Medical Centre Physiotherapy Fatigue Exercise Classes
12-week exercise program either face to face at Flinders Medical Centre or telehealth. The program is designed for current Flinders Medical Centre cancer patients, during, pre or post treatment. The classes aim to improve strength, fitness and/or functional goals.
Who can use the service: Current Flinders Medical Centre patients diagnosed with cancer.
Referral process: SALHN/Flinders Medical Centre staff can refer people to the service.
Cost and location: No cost to patient. Sessions held at Flinders Medical Centre or online.
